We usually order our pies from Krause. This year we tried the pie hole and they baked us an apple and pumpkin pie. They we made on Christmas Eve day so they were perfect for Christmas Day!
You can’t get that service anywhere else.

I think you should let some restaurants in on your secret with pies (they need help with their crust)

Their pumpkin pie is delicious as is all their pies. The quality is definitely there.

Up until now I’ve always come to Pie Hole for the raspberry cream pie and scoffed at anyone making the mistake of ordering something else—it’s the perfect match of tart to sweet and I couldn’t imagine that balance being replicated. I was wrong! The apple pie is similarly not too sweet and you get the little zip of Granny Smith apples with every bite. The texture is perfect, firm enough to tell that they’re real apple slices, not just a pile of warm mush. Then the pumpkin pie. Our friends put this one in the oven by accident, causing the cream to melt and glaze the top like frosting. The effect was visually disappointing but the taste was PERFECT. Again not too sweet, held firm like a custard, and make for a killer breakfast. The crusts on both were quintessentially buttery and flakey and just as good as the filling. My only critique would be that the pumpkin doesn’t need to come with whip cream—some of us do like a warmed up version! And I had been planning on making my own maple cream accompaniment.

Apple Crumble and Pumpkin pie were delicious as always. The Pie Hole is a must for holiday dinners!!

Was pleasantly surprised how tasty this is. Pumpkin pie is not sweet enough for me so I usually spring for the cheaper ones from the grocery store. Pie Hole knocks theirs out of the park. A tiny bit of whipped cream makes this a crowd pleaser. Considering this for an October birthday cake!

I ordered the pumpkin pie and it was delicious! I also got the beef bourginon hand pies which were so yummy, the pack was perfect for 2 people. Definitely excited to try out the other savoury flavours!

I got the frozen pumpkin pie and baked it at home. The crust was nice and flaky, and the filling had a great blend of spices.

I picked up a pre baked pumpkin pie for an after dinner treat. I love the delicious whipped cream and the perfect spice level in the pumpkin filling. The bottom of the crust was raw and totally stuck to the bottom so that each slice had no bottom crust. We still ate the whole thing and the crust on the sides was super yummy.

My favourite pumpkin pie. The pie crust was flaky and buttery. The whipping cream is quite unique and makes the pie creamy, while the pie filling was just the perfect level of sweetness

Bought it frozen and though really good I think I will buy it baked next time. I think I screwed up the baking time, so I'll leave it to the pros.

The flavours in this pumpkin pie were amazing, the blend of spices with the pumpkiny goodness was perfect and the best way to top off a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner.

This is my family’s favourite pumpkin pie! I have to say I was a bit disappointed in this last purchase— there was almost something bitter, Ouuer edge have been burnt a bit. That said we order this every chance we get and will write this off to a fluke (maybe the thanksgiving rush?). Mind you, we all still enjoyed it. Amazing crust, the yummiest pumpkin filling…

I got a 9” frozen pumpkin pie and the instruction was 350 for 60 mins. It turned out to be undercooked. I have to put back to the oven for another 30 mins to have the bottom pie completely cooked. It’d be better to improve the accuracy of the cooking instruction.

My sister and I had each pre-ordered a pie for thanksgiving. I ordered traditional pumpkin and she ordered a bourbon pecan pumpkin. We picked them on the Saturday. It was quite busy when we picked them up but they were very well organized having a canopy set up outside to pick up pre-ordered pies.
As usual both pies were delicious. Everyone had a “small” piece of each and all agreed they were both very good. I think the bourbon pecan edged out the traditional pumpkin for the favourite overall.

Excellent pumpkin pie. What’s unique about Pie Hole pumpkin pie is the real, solid pumpkin flavour that isn’t overly sweet. The whipped cream provides more of the sweetness and give the pie a good balance of taste.

Pie Hole did it again ! This is a great pie and was very happy to get it for Thanksgiving this year. Taste was excellent but I noticed that the filling was separated from the crust, which takes away from its look. It's usually not a big deal, but I had bought one of the pie as a dinner gift and was a bit disappointed with its look. Overall, everyone loved it.

If their is an AA for pie addiction I would be one of them. I tried a lot of variety pie but I always go back to pie hole. Their crust crumbles in your mouth. The taste are like angel sent to heaven. Very addicting, so be careful and beware.. their pie AMAZING!!!

The Pie Hole always makes delicious pies! The pastry is light and flaky and the filling is always super tasty. Whenever I want a special treat I will order a Pie Hole Pie. Online ordering is quick and easy. Pick up procedures are safe and well done.

This pumpkin pie was awesome with a thick but not too heavy layer of pumpkin filling on top of a light flaky crust. The filling had just the right balance of pumpkin, spice, and sweetness. The generous topping of real whipped cream added a nice finish. Should be a Fall staple for all!

I was so impressed by the food quality, the food offerings and the customer service at the West 4th location.

I placed my order on line but made an error on the pickup date. It was corrected within the hour. The pies were delicious! I will be ordering more pies in the future! So glad there’s now a location on 6th St on the Burnaby/New West border!

The filling was perfectly baked and flavourfull with spices. The crust was the right combo or not dry but still flaky. The 9” size is perfect for a medium family dinner and well worth it.

To say I was excited that the Pie Hole was once again making pumpkin pies for the season, is an understatement. I ordered one for pick up at the Kits location. Let me tell you this, other than my mother’s, this was the best pumpkin pie I’ve had. The flavour was spot on, not bland but not too spicy either. The texture was silky yet firm and that crust! flakey and buttery and not soggy from the filling. The ring of whipping cream was a perfect compliment. This will definitely now be a yearly tradition - Pumpkin Pie from the Pie Hole.

Bought this for a friends birthday and she absolutely loved it!

We bought this pie for Thanksgiving dinner. You can tell that the pie was made with fresh, quality ingredients. I have had other fruit filling pies from Pie Hole before and was really impressed. Each slice of this pie is very thick and I found there was too much of the pumpkin filling. I would probably go with an apple pie or other fruit filling next time.

The roasted pumpkins in this pie give it such a wonderful texture and flavour. You can also tell the difference between this pumpkin pie and a grocery store bought one - there is nothing 'extra' and no 'filler'... it is all great ingredients and really comes thru in the product's taste!

We had two Turkey Dinner pies and two pumpkin pies as our Thanksgiving dinner. They were fantastic!
