Position: Barista/Retail Staff
Wage: Competitive based on experience
Location: Burnaby and Vancouver

We are looking for an outgoing and hardworking barista to join our team. Competitive wages for skilled baristas available. Must be able to provide excellent customer service. As we have a lot of plans for expansion we are looking for people wanting to grow with us!

Job Responsibilities include front of house service as a bakery and cafe, taking customer orders, answering questions and product knowledge is required, processing payment, serving/packaging orders, answering phone calls, preparing specialty coffee and tea, maintaining cleanliness of front counter and seating area, collection of used dishes, cups and utensils, loading and unloading of dishwasher, restocking inventory in pastry cases and keeping coffee bar fully stocked

The qualified candidate will have 1 year minimum experience with espresso-based drinks, previous experience with food service preferred, be reliable, professional, have high energy, be highly motivated, efficient and team-oriented and have a strong passion for PIE!!

Position: Baker/Pastry Chef
Wage: Competitive based on experience
Location: Burnaby / New Westminster

Looking for experienced bakers to join our growing team. Our production facility is located in Burnaby/New Westminster area. Job will include making and rolling dough, undertaking different cooking techniques in preparing pie fillings, prepping ingredients, baking, cleaning and general maintenance of bakery equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels, maintaining and following food hygiene at all times, packaging of the pies.

Position: Chef
Wage: $16-19/hr based on experience.

Language: English

Experience: 2-3 years chef/sous chef

Skills: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory; Requisition food and kitchen supplies; Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.

Work Setting: Central Kitchen

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling

Ability to Supervise 5-10 people

Chef Specific Skills: Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities. Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards; Estimate food requirements and food and labour costs; Supervise activities of sous-chefs, cooks and bakers. Arrange for equipment repairs.
