The savory pies were outstanding, but the pies were a big disappointment to the family. The mistake might have been to appease everyone we bought three 5" pies and there was just way, way too much crust and not much filling.

The double butter crust is the difference maker between these pies and any other. I am addicted!

I brought the Bourbon Pecan Pumpkin Pie to my mother-in-law’s thanksgiving dinner and it was a success. Not too sweet and the crust is to die for. This pie was a delicacy and now I’m convinced I’m the favourite daughter-in-law 😜

If you're not salivating right now at the thought of Pie Hole's Bourbon Pecan pie, it's only because you haven't tried it yet. In the summer it's Bourbon Pecan Peach (equally delicious!,) but in winter we're treated to Bourbon Pecan Pumpkin, and oh what an absolutely perfectly spiced bit of delicious comfort food it is. Not too sweet, bursting with flavour and a tasty bourbon drizzle that lingers marvellously on the palate just until you're ready to grab another forkful.

I love seeing people's reactions the first time they take a bite. It's generally some version of, "I'm not always into pumpkin pie, but THIS is amazing!" And it is!

Very popular at the thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed crumble texture, not too sweet, couldn't really taste bourbon, but the pecan shone through.

I moved to Canada last year, never been to North America before, never understood the obsession with Pumpkin in everything, specifically pies. But for the heck of it I tried the Bourbon Pecan Pumpkin Pie from The Pie Hole last year and holy moly I was converted. What a delightful thing to put in your mouth! The flaky, crumbly crust is amazing. I’ve had a bunch of pies from here since then, but this one I keep going back to. Can’t get enough of this!

Pie from here is the best I’ve ever eaten, I just wish there were more options for pre ordering because my favourite flavours are always hard to get.

I ordered these three pies for a retirement party which I hosted at my house. They were a huge hit! Everyone commented on how delicious they were. The pastry was flaky and the filling tasted fresh and flavourful. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

My husband is a pumpkin pie connoisseur. His FB profile actually says “I like pumpkin pie... a lot”. Well he asked me how much I paid for this pie. He said he would have paid $150. It was that good. I liked it and I don’t even like pumpkin pie. We had it after Xmas dinner. Only 4 pieces gone. The next day my husband proceeded to eat the rest of the pie. He didn’t even care that our children wanted more. He didn’t save any for them. He obviously thought it was worth making a 4 year old will cry. Now that’s a good pie.

This is definitely an elevated and completely not boring pumpkin pie! The creamy pumpkin filling, crunchy pecan streusel topping and flaky pie crust make for a pretty perfect pie that will appeal to most people. The bourbon drizzle is delicious- I just wish there was more of it and more of a bourbon flavour to the pie.

The whole family enjoyed every part of this pie. we got it without the burbon drizzle for the kids and it was still glorious!

Unlike any other pumpkin pie we have ever had! We love the pastry and the filling is magnificent: rich, tasty and light. We could taste the bourbon too.

This is not your gramma's pie...this is pie for real deal foodies! I've tried to make my way through trying as many of their pies as possible...from the bacon cheeseburger...to the lemon meringue and everything in between...they are all winners! This was such a decadent delicious pie! I wish there was more bourbon in the topping though. Maybe pre-ordered pies could have a reserved pick up time instead of having to wait outside on Thanksgiving weekend.

I love the Pie Hole. Devastated still that the Fraser location closed, so I drive to Kits now to get my Pie Hole fix. The Korean Pork (pie and handpie) -- AMAZING. The salmon chowder -- how do you do it pie hole? the perfect soup-in-a-pie. The Chicken Pot Pie has more flavor than any pot pie I've had anywhere else. And the bourbon pecan pumpkin pie -- well, I mean, who knew that pumpkin pie really wanted pecan crumble on top?? It's like pie and crumble met and now they're best friends. The staff was SUPER helpful even in the Thanksgiving madness. It's like a little slice of heaven....

Great combination of flavours. A nice riff on the standard pumpkin pie we get at this time of the year. An added bonus, for me at any rate is that is is very subtle with the sweetness. Highly recommended.

I tried The Pie Hole for the first time this past Thanksgiving. I was a little worried they were going to be swamped when I picked up the pies, but they had an impressively efficient system going. I bought online, and it took me about 10 minutes to pick up the pies when I arrived. Also, they were to DIE FOR! My whole family couldn't get enough! I'd go back, for sure. Thank you for the wonderful pies!

We purchased the Bourbon Pecan Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving, along with two chicken pot pies for dinner. Everything was SO good. I can easily say the pot pies were the best I've ever had! The crust is buttery, flaky and light. The filling is phenomenal with the ingredients all perfectly balanced. We can't wait to have them again!

The Bourbon Pecan Pumpkin Pie was delicious. The Pecan part is not too sweet which is what I love about it. I do wish the pumpkin part of the pie is a little more.

Still... I am unsure this beats the Banana Cream Pie but it may be a close #2.

I ordered a 5-inch pie for myself this Thanksgiving weekend. It was my first time trying this pie and it won't be my last. I'll just need to wait until next Thanksgiving, next year to eat it again. The pumpkin filling tasted good, a good balance of spice to pumpkin. I enjoyed the crunchy topping. The only downside of this pie, is that there was a big gap of air between the topping layer and the pumpkin layer. I've had this happen before to a apple pie I've tried.

We tried the apple-brown-butter-rosemary and bourbon-pecan-pumpkin pies for our family Thanksgiving dinner and both were delicious. The bake-at-home option meant the apple pie was fresh out of the oven! Highly recommend.
