Lindbjerg Academy

Lindbjerg Academy has teamed up with The Pie Hole several times now to gather support for their school of performing arts. A great way to bring the community together and foster young, local talent. Support the art of eating pie!

BC Children's Hospital

The BC Children's Hospital Foundation reached out to The Pie Hole to be a part of their Make May Matter campaign. We could not have been more proud to support such a worthwhile cause. Pies always bring smiles :)

Coquitlam Minor Hockey

The CMHA raises funds through The Pie Hole to help provide the community with fun, recreational hockey as well as development opportunities for more competitive athletes. We are a Canadian company, after all ;)

Q: How do I get started?

A: Email us at fundraising@thepiehole.com and tell us about your organization/event!

Q: How do I make money fundraising with The Pie Hole?

A: Simple - we set up your private, online store which you advertise to your community, and 25% of the funds raised will go to your cause.

Q: Are there any set fees?

A: Yes. A $30 administrative fee is withheld from your portion of proceeds.

Q: Do you charge shipping?

A: For a fee, we will ship the pies to a single address on a date that you specify. Alternatively, you can choose one of our stores as the pick up location (no shipping fee).

Q: What is your sales minimum?

A: We require a low sales minimum of only 8 pies.

Q: How many pies can I choose?

A: Depending on the anticipated size of your order, you will be able to select up to 10 varieties of sweet and/or savoury pies.

Q: Do we have to process the orders?

A: No, The Pie Hole will handle order processing from start to finish. All you have to do is advertise your pie shop's unique website name and we take care of the rest.

Q: Are all the pies on the main website available?

A: Some, but not all. Pies that are seasonal or special for holidays are usually not available for fundraisers. We will guide you in choosing your pies.

Q: Can I provide special pricing to my customers?

A: No, the 25% portion of proceeds is based on regular retail pricing.

Q: Can you provide customized packaging?

A: If you provide us with your own stickers, will we happily affix them to the boxes, but customizing the boxes themselves is not possible.

Q: Can the unique web page be customized?

A: Yes, your website will be customized to include your organization name/logo and the order details.

Q: Can we customize a pie for our event?

A: If you anticipate a very high sales volume, we can discuss the possibility of a specialized pie for your event. Sales minimums may apply.

Q: What if someone does not pick up their pie?

A: If they were picking up from one of our stores, we will contact the supporter and hold their pie for 24 hours. Afterwards, the pie would be released for sale or donated to charity without a refund.
