This special Halloween themed class will teach you how to make our Mummy Apple Pie and some spooky little pie pops! Class will begin with making our signature Double Butter Crust. Learn to make the perfect pastry, providing the basis for your pie shell and pie tops.
Once prepared, you will fill your pie shells with freshly peeled and cut apples using our recipe and cover it all with a 'mummy lattice' top. We will also go through making pie pops which will be the perfect treat for your Halloween parties. All pies will then be baked off (or frozen, if desired) while a snack is served.
You will leave this class as a confident pie baker along with your freshly baked Mummy Apple Pie and Pie Pops.
Class fee is $175+ tax and includes all pie making materials, our top secret crust and pie recipes and a print out of some tips and tricks to have you baking like a pro!
Each class is limited to 10 students so that you get lots of personal instruction from our Founder, Jenell Parsons.
Workshop will be held at our Burnaby location at 7832 6th Street, Burnaby, BC V3N 3N2.
Please note that this workshop is not Gluten Free or Vegan and is intended for ages 14 and up. In addition, all classes are non-refundable and class dates are subject to change if minimum of 5 people registered is not met (refund will be offered in such cases)
