Organized by Jenell Parsons of The Pie Hole, each baker will donate their time and baked goods for the cause. Bursting with 30 cookies, the online auction is an opportunity to do good, and enjoy some yummy treats this holiday season!
Apple Caramel Crumble Pie Cookie
Jenell Parsons is the owner and founder of The Pie Hole. The Pie Hole started in 2011 at farmers markets, online and wholesale, and has now grown to two locations with a third very close on the horizon! Known for her Double Butter Crust, her bakeries use fresh and local ingredients whenever possible. Jenell has a wonderful husband who helps build the bakeries, a sweet 3 year old daughter and two silly pugs.
Fanny is the self-taught baker and photographer behind the blog and online bakery Oh Sweet Day!. Her best-selling holiday cookie gift box keeps her busy as she bakes over 10,000 cookies during the holiday season. Her first cookbook "Oh Sweet Day! A Celebration Cookbook of Edible Gifts, Party Treat, and Festive Desserts'' just hit the store shelves in October.

Rosie is the owner of Butter Baked Goods in Vancouver and the author of three cookbooks: Butter Baked Goods, Butter Celebrates, and Let Me Feed You. She has been a passionate home baker since she was six years old. After a career as an interior designer, she transformed her dream of opening a bakery into a phenomenal success story. Rosie’s baked goods can be found at more than 300 fine retailers across the world. She lives in Vancouver with her husband, Paul; their daughter, India; two fat cats; and a small dog.

Tessa Huff is a professional cake designer, cookbook author, and photographer. She is the creator of the cake and pastry brand, Style Sweet. Huff is a freelance recipe developer and food photographer for brands and publications including Food Network, Kitchen Aid, Wilton Cakes, Bake From Scratch Magazine, and more.
